These terms apply to vibecatter.com, the personal site of Ihor Sokolov. By using the site you accept them.
The site
VibeCatter presents Ihor Sokolov’s services, projects, tools and articles. It is free to read and is provided as it is; it may change, pause or stop. The browser games that used to be here moved to QRuma (qruma.app) and are covered by its own terms.
Using the site
Do not try to break into the site or the admin, overload the servers, collect pages with automated tools in a way that harms the site, or send spam or unlawful content through the contact form. We may block access that does.
Materials and brand
Texts, images, videos, the VibeCatter name and the cat mascot belong to Ihor Sokolov unless stated otherwise. You may link to the site and quote short passages with a link to the source; any other use needs permission.
Enquiries and services
Sending an enquiry creates no obligation for either side. The scope, timeline and price of any work are agreed separately in writing.
Support on Patreon
Supporting VibeCatter on Patreon is voluntary. Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Patreon under its terms; the rewards of each tier are described on Patreon.
Liability
Articles and tools are information, not professional advice for your specific case. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect losses or for interruptions of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. When we change them we update the date above; important changes are announced on the site.
