What is Remotion and how do I make videos with it?
When a video is code, a change in the script or the design is an edit, not a new session in a video editor. The same components and brand rules go into every scene

How I use Remotion
- VibeCatter videos. Explainers and films for YouTube are built in Remotion with Claude Code and voiced through the ElevenLabs API.
- Vertical shorts. The same scenes are composed again for 9:16, with the subtitles placed inside the scene.
- The brand in code. Colours, fonts and motion follow the same brand rules as this site, so every video looks like VibeCatter.
When I choose Remotion and its limits
Remotion fits videos that repeat a structure or follow data: explainers, product demos, personalised videos and social clips. Anything a web page can show, a frame can show.
It does not replace filming or hand-made animation, and long renders need a fast machine or rendering in the cloud. Companies above a small size need a Remotion company licence, so I check the licence for every client project.
